1. Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
No. Some days are busier than others and therefore if you know when you will be coming, it is advisable to make an appointment.

2. Do you offer design help?
You Bet! Our in-house designers are available to design your kitchen and bathrooms at no charge. We will need your kitchen measurements in order to present you with an accurate design.

3. Are custom cabinets available?
No. We do offer custom-style accessories, i.e. corbels, turnposts and glass doors, to give your kitchen a custom look at a fraction of the cost.
4. How long does it take to receive my kitchen cabinets once I place my order?
Our cabinets are in stock in our US warehouse and ship out within 3 to 4 weeks from order date.

5.Do you offer colour samples?

Yes, we have 15″ x 12″ sample doors that we can ship out to you, or ready for pickup so you can see the quality and finish before ordering. The cost is $28 which is refunded when you place your order.
Do you sell a double wall oven cabinet?
We sell a single wall oven cabinet that can be easily modified to accommodate a double wall oven.

6. Do you offer special trade pricing for contractors?
YES! You can call or email us to find out about our contractor’s division pricing.

7.What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including Visa, and Master Card.

8.What is your return policy?
Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. You must contact our customer service department within 30 days for a return authorization number. Customer service can be reached toll-free: 1-800-891-1303. A 25% restocking fee as well as round trip freight charges will be incurred on all returned

9.What if I receive a damaged kitchen cabinet?
We make every effort possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause damage during the shipping process. Should you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the damage and notify customer service at once. We will send you a replacement part out on a rush order. Be sure to indicate on any receiving tickets from a freight carrier what items are damaged.
